Privacy Policy

This notice describes the current private preview. A dedicated privacy contact and provider retention details must be finalized before public commercial launch.

Who operates the app

MotionForge is provided by Kreative Code Kings LLC. This notice covers the app’s editing features. Hosting, account sign-in and external model delivery also involve providers with their own privacy practices.

Images, models and project files

The current editors read imported images, GLB models and project files in your browser. Drawing, cutouts, rigging and exports are processed on your device. The current automatic-tracing feature does not send your source image to a remote inference service. Project downloads are saved to the location you choose on your device; this app does not provide automatic cloud project storage.

Automatic tracing downloads

When you first use automatic tracing, your browser requests the SlimSAM model and configuration from Hugging Face and its delivery infrastructure. Those services receive network request information such as your IP address and browser-related headers. The browser may cache the downloaded model for later use. The image and selection points are processed locally by the downloaded model. Clearing site data can remove the cached model and require another download.

Server features and connection data

Using the animation prompt feature sends your prompt, available motion-clip names and frame-rate setting to MotionForge’s server to construct an animation plan. The character-preview API processes submitted prompt text on the server. These routes do not currently save that content to a project database. Avoid including confidential personal information in prompts.

OpenAI’s Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure handle requests needed to serve the app. Hosting, security and sign-in services may process connection information, request metadata, account/session information and operational logs. Their retention periods and account controls are governed by the relevant provider practices; this notice does not promise a specific deletion period for provider records.

Cookies, cache and tracking

The editor does not currently include advertising pixels or a dedicated analytics SDK. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary cookies or session storage. Browser caches may hold application files and model downloads. The current app code does not sell imported project content, use it for advertising, or upload it for training the tracing model.

Your choices

You choose which files to open, when to run server-backed commands and what to export. You can close the editor to end the active session, delete downloaded files from your device, and clear site data through your browser settings. Clearing browser data does not delete files in your Downloads folder or records maintained separately by hosting/account providers. Use those providers’ account controls or privacy request channels for their records.

Security and sharing

Keep project backups and use access permissions appropriate to your work. No browser or hosting service can guarantee complete security. Files you choose to download or share are under your control; avoid sharing material you do not have permission to disclose.

Children and sensitive information

The current preview does not include a dedicated children’s account or parental-consent system. It should not be used to collect children’s personal information. Do not submit sensitive personal information through prompts or support messages unless a suitable, disclosed process has been established.

Read the provider notices for OpenAI, Cloudflare and Hugging Face. During this private preview, contact the operator through the person or channel that provided your access for questions about MotionForge. A dedicated public privacy contact has not yet been published.
